How CDL Can Help

We operate with LTD Companies and Sole Traders when the role falls outside of IR35. If the role is inside IR35, we can process them as a PAYE worker or via an FCSA Acreddited Umbrella Company.

 

We obtain references where required and can also obtain DBS checks at a cost to either the Client or the Worker if necessary.

 

We ensure full compliance and require workers to complete and sign compliance documents including a criminal convictions declaration, confidentiality agreement and a relevant contract.

How does the process work?

Client completes a Request Form. CDL receive form via email, along with the Right To Work Form and a copy of the worker's passport.

CDL contact the worker asking them to complete / send: Data Form, Criminal Convictions Declaration, Non-Disclosure Agreement, optional Diversity Data Form, CV and Proof of Address within the last 6 months.

CDL receive documents back from the worker and proceed to carry out pre-employment checks.

Once we are happy with the initial documents being completed, CDL send the worker the relevant contract to the worker or umbrella company.

When all pre-employment checks are complete, CDL submit the worker RQ Number on the Matrix system to create a placement.

Worker inputs timesheets - Manager approves and CDL then process the funds to workers each Friday.

IR35 Status is to be determined by the client, please also check the status with the HR team if you are unsure.
