We’re incredibly pleased to announce that Matrix SCM has secured an agency worker contract with Hackney Council following a further competition exercise carried out under the YPO Flexible HR Solutions Framework. The Council will be provided with Matrix SCM’s blended managed service solution and will benefit from significant cost savings and streamlined processes throughout the entire recruitment process.

The solution being provided to Hackney will include our end-to-end recruitment system, CR.Net, which will take the Council from a heavily manual based process to a more fluid and faster way of engaging agency staff.

Stuart Thorn, Strategic HR Business Partner at Hackney Council stated, “A procurement exercise was carried out via the YPO framework and Matrix SCM were selected. Their proposed model of supply directly addressed the diverse needs of Hackney Council, focusing on a flexible approach that allows the use of different models and specialist routes as appropriate.  Also, this contract will enhance the Council’s long-term strategy to provide employment opportunities for Hackney residents.”
