Marketing Executive / Manager

The Position

The Matrix SCM brand and image play a vital role in the sale of our product.

Our product requires clients to handover to us the procurement of important and in many cases life critical services. Furthermore, once engaged, we become the public face of our clients directly engaged in the management of suppliers and providers.

We must not under estimate just how difficult that decision is for our clients and how much trust they must place in us. We have to help our clients trust us and we have to deliver a formal image that supports their decision making it easy to walk us through their organizations. Every element of our business, be it our Brochure web site, our transaction site, our presentations, our correspondence, our office and our people need to engender that level of trust.

Based in Milton Keynes and reporting directly to the Sales & Marketing Director, we see the Marketing Executive / Manager as driving the brand forward and creating a consistent and professional image that flows through everything we do. Equally we see marketing as a pivotal role in helping to identify the fears and ambitions of our clients and crafting our collateral around them.

Currently Matrix process 12,000 individual service transactions each week, and we join 15,000 individual buyers and suppliers of services each and every month. Matrix SCM purchase a broad range of complex services including care, consultancy, contingent resourcing, repairs and maintenance and projects.

Through a blend of technology and our professional support services, Matrix SCM delivers demonstrably better outcomes for all service buyers, end users and suppliers of service.

Matrix SCM has already established a strong presence within the Local Government Sector. As a result of recent Government changes, the public sector is under immense pressure to further reduce cost and deliver efficiency savings. To that effect, Matrix SProc.Net has been developed to allow public sector organisations to streamline and automate the purchasing of all their complex service requirements in order to maximise cost savings and process efficiencies.
