What can SProc.Net do for me?
There are two ways that you can discover the specific benefits to your organisation from the introduction of SProc.Net – the Discovery and the Extended Discovery audit.
Discovery
This is a desktop exercise that lasts for 4 weeks. It involves the analysis of the current amount spent on services, in order to identify potential cashable savings than can be achieved should Matrix SCM be appointed to manage the spend.
Extended Discovery
We map the current process of buying services in detail from start to finish. This allows us to identify any potential areas of risk, areas for efficiency improvement and so on. We then produce a summary of the optimum future state that outlines how you can achieve the cashable and non-cashable savings identified.
