Our market leading system Matrix CR is purpose-built to manage the end-to-end procurement of Contingency Resourcing by our in-house development team. Built from our client's feedback, we have found building our own system gives us the flexibility to tailor our software to meet clients demands.

People are at the heart of our business, from our longstanding employees that have been with Matrix SCM for over 10 years like David Terry our Implementation Director, Anne Noakes our Head of Operations and Rebecca Douel our Operations Team Leader who manages the day to day running of our contracts. All the way through to Barry Moseley who is a hands-on Director and supports clients strategically with our Business Management team, and Sarah Hindry and Vicky Hoole who look after Supply Enrolment.

We now work with almost 100 organisations across the UK, one of the things we are proud of is our client retention. Looking back to when our Director Barry joined Matrix 10 years ago, we still work with 15 of the 18 clients we worked with in 2009. Showcasing we have built longstanding relationships, with contracts that are now in third, fourth and fifth extensions.
