Creating Social Value by driving community engagement on-site with clients and local partners

Through creating a 'Social Value Action Plan', we look at organisations priorities in the community and provide activities to meet those needs. From running 'Employability Workshops' to 'Volunteering in Community Gardens', we go above and beyond saving our clients time and money by also adding Social Value to their local communities.

How do we create Social Value and drive Community Engagement?

Step 1:

We work with our client to identify their communities priorities and build a Social Value Action Plan to reflect this.

Step 2:

We identify some partner organisations to work with including schools, community centres and charities.

Step 3:

We plan and take part in a range of activities from CV Writing Workshops to Careers Talks in school assemblies, alongside volunteers from the Matrix SCM Supply Chain.
